Singapore Bhutan Druk Air Flight

Druk Air and Changi Airport of Singapore signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to start direct flights between Singapore and Bhutan from May 17 this year. According to the memorandum Druk Air will fly to Singapore twice a week.

Media reports from Singapore said that further detail on fare and booking is expected to be finalized by the end of February. Simultaneously, bookings for the route will be opened.

The flight from Singapore to Bhutan is expected to take 5 hours with a 45 minutes stopover in Kolkata. The flight will depart from Changi Airport around 6 am in the morning.

Druk Asia as the official ticketing agent of Druk Air would be working with industry partners, such as major hotel chain, to offer unbeatable travel package and tour to Bhutan, media reports say.

The expected Druk Air flight schedule between Singapore and Bhutan is as follows:

  • Singapore to Paro Bhutan: Thursdays and Sundays
  • Paro Bhutan to Singapore: Wednesdays and Saturdays
